Strong booking figures promise a diverse trade fair experience
The signs are pointing toward growth for the upcoming event: Around six months before the start of the trade fair, JAGD & HUND 2027 is recording an extremely positive booking status. Numerous renowned companies have already confirmed their participation, with some significantly expanding their presence. At the same time, promising new exhibitors are providing fresh ideas. This development reinforces JAGD & HUND’s position as the leading platform for companies, specialist retailers, and hunting enthusiasts.
Dortmund, 17 June 2026 – By committing early and, in some cases, significantly increasing their exhibition space, many companies are sending a clear message: the hunting industry is placing its trust in JAGD & HUND. The strong demand for exhibition space highlights the trade fair’s role as the most important industry event at the beginning of the year. In the firearms and ammunition sector, companies such as WAIMEX – with brands including Heckler & Koch and Smith & Wesson – as well as MGH and Helmut Hofmann – representing Hornady, Bushnell, Leupold, and other manufacturers – will be exhibiting with substantially larger stands next year. The same applies to Bresser GmbH and Nyx Vision (Nocpix) in the optics segment. Full-range suppliers such as AKAH, Grube KG, and Jagdspezi are also expanding their presence at Europe’s largest hunting exhibition, alongside companies such as Tom’s Fahrzeugtechnik and YETI.
Among the companies exhibiting at JAGD & HUND for the first time are Huntex GmbH, showcasing firearms from the Turkish brand Huglu, Sinus Brake (muzzle brakes), MAWA Trading GmbH (bringing the night vision brand PARD) and – for art enthusiasts among visitors – Endangered Inks and Atelier Frank Duvivier. In addition, Thomas Feldmeier GmbH is returning after a multi-year absence to present its solutions for game cooling and processing facilities.
Immersive experience, knowledge platform, and industry meeting point
Once again, more than 700 exhibitors are expected across nine exhibition halls next year. Together, they will represent the entire spectrum of the hunting industry for hunters, dog enthusiasts, and nature lovers alike. Anyone looking to learn about new products, current developments, and the latest trends at the beginning of the year can hardly afford to miss Europe’s largest hunting exhibition.
JAGD & HUND is far more than a product showcase: it is an immersive experience, testing ground, knowledge platform, and meeting place for an entire industry. Manufacturers meet users, specialist retailers connect with customers, and experts engage with the next generation of hunters. This creates valuable networking opportunities, facilitates knowledge transfer, and generates important impulses for the future of hunting. An extensive supporting program will once again contribute to this in 2027, ranging from the JAGD & HUND Masterclasses powered by Geartester Academy to live shows, exciting competitions, and expert presentations by renowned specialists. The current booking status underlines JAGD & HUND’s unique position within the industry. For many companies, the trade fair has long been a fixed date in the annual calendar – not only for presenting products but also for meeting customers, specialist retailers, distributors, media representatives, and business partners in one place. With the B2B Lounge, successfully introduced in 2026, the trade fair is further strengthening this role. The Business Lounge will once again be located at the North Entrance in 2027, providing an exclusive setting for business meetings and networking opportunities.
