At FISCH & ANGEL at Messe Dortmund, everything revolves around angling. Experts, beginners and interested parties can obtain information and further training at the numerous stands and get an overview of a wide range of products.
Visitor surveys revealed: The most popular product areas at FISCH & ANGEL are fishing accessories, fishing tackle and fishing clothing. The active anglers among the visitors were most interested in predator fishing, followed by peaceful fishing and sea fishing.
Of course, you can also sample fish at FISCH & ANGEL. The tasty preparation of fish is a must at a trade fair like this. FISCH & ANGEL takes place as part of the JAGD & HUND Europe’s largest hunting exhibition.

EXHIBITING AT THE FISCH & ANGEL
Everything you need for smooth trade fair preparations: Information on set-up and dismantling, your comprehensive marketing package, important warnings against misleading entry offers, a wide range of advertising options and contacts to our foreign representatives.
Set-up: January 23, 2026, from 7:00 a.m.
Set-up time: 7:00 – 18:00
Stand material may only be deposited on the area of the exhibitor’s own stand, empties must be removed immediately and the aisles must be kept free of empty and full goods.
End of set-up: January 26, 2026, 6 p.m.
(4 p.m. vehicles from the hall)
Delivery of goods during the trade fair:
1st day of the fair: 7.45 – 9.45 a.m., 6.00 – 7.00 p.m.
The following days of the fair: 8.45 – 9.45 a.m.
Start of mining: February 01, 2026, 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.
Vehicle access to the halls, February 01, 2026, from 7 p.m.
Access to the halls is permitted if the logistical situation allows it. During major events, for example in other areas of Messe Dortmund or in the neighboring Signal-Iduna-Park, access to the halls may be delayed or made more difficult.
Dismantling time: 7:00 – 18:00
End of dismantling:
Halls 1 + 2 = February 02, 2026, 6 p.m.
Westfalenhalle + Halls 3-8 = February 03, 2026, 6:00 p.m.
For main and co-exhibitors as well as additionally represented companies, the price for the obligatory marketing package is EUR 170.00 plus VAT. This will be charged with the invoice for the participation fee. The package includes entries (company name, address and/or contact details) in the directories offered for each specific trade fair.
The entries appear in the directory formats offered by the organizer, alternatively or cumulatively in the online exhibitor directory, on the monitors of the visitor information system and, if available, in the trade fair app and in the print directory.
In addition to the standard entry, it is possible to request additional services from the organizer for a fee, depending on the offer of the respective trade fair.
Co-exhibitors or additionally represented companies and their exhibits must be registered by the main exhibitor. The fee for the marketing package will be charged to the main exhibitor for each co-exhibitor or additionally represented company. If no mention of the additionally represented companies in the list is desired, this must be expressly noted on the registration form.
The deadline for entry in the directory is January 3, 2024. If this deadline is not met, existing information from the application can be taken over.
Exhibitors who register after the closing date are not entitled to be listed in a particular directory.
The main exhibitor is responsible for claims for damages for incorrect, incomplete or non-existent entries in the above-mentioned lists and the resulting damages.

Unfortunately, it happens again and again that exhibitors receive misleading offers to be listed in so-called trade fair and exhibitor directories. Well-known companies and online directories are art-living.info, Expo Guide, International Fairs Directory, Handwerk-Markt.com, Handcraft-market.com and Construct Data Publisher. Messe Dortmund GmbH expressly states that it has no connection whatsoever with “Expo Guide”, “art-living.info”, “FAIR GUIDE”, “International Fairs Directory”, “Handwerk-Markt.com” and “Handcraft-market.com”.
We expressly distance ourselves from the business practices of these companies. In most cases, these are unauthorized publishers who finance themselves through fee-based entries in various directories. However, they often give the impression that the offer is free of charge. It is only in the small print of the terms and conditions that the amount and duration of the payment obligation is revealed – which often comes as a nasty surprise.
You can make entries in the official media of our events via our Online Service Center (OSC). The access data for the OSC will be sent to you together with the stand confirmation by our trade fair teams on Messe Dortmund GmbH letterhead or by e-mail with the corresponding signature.

If you are using a navigation device, please enter “Maurice-Vast-Straße” as the destination address. From the destination address, please follow the signs in the vicinity.
Parking
Parking lots A3, A4 and A8 are available directly at the Westfalenhallen. If these are full, you can also use parking lots C1/C2, D2, E1 and parking lot M (Mercedes). On Saturday and Sunday, parking lots E3 and D1 will also be open for you.
Parking fees are a maximum of EUR 9.00 (prices subject to change) per car in all parking areas.

For all those arriving by electric car, we have 2 electric charging stations with a total of 4 charging options in the immediate vicinity.

By train
The Deutsche Bahn event ticket
Arrive relaxed – travel sustainably. Your event ticket at a fixed price nationwide. From any DB station, city ticket included on the booked arrival and departure day.
By public transport
The subway line U 45 (direction Westfalenhallen) takes you comfortably from Dortmund main station to the stop “Westfalenhallen” in 10 minutes.
From Dortmund city center (U-Bahn stations Reinoldikirche or Stadtgarten), the U 46 (direction Westfalenhallen) will also take you to the “Westfalenhallen” stop in approx. 5 minutes.
Alternatively, take the U 42 line (direction Hombruch) to the “Theodor-Fliedner-Heim” stop. From here it is only a few minutes’ walk to the exhibition grounds.
The route to the Westfalenhallen is signposted at the above stops. All the stops listed above are handicapped accessible.

Messe Dortmund is pleased to be able to offer you access to the CityWLAN of the City of Dortmund, which is operated by the telecommunications provider DOKOM21.
Of course, Wi-Fi use is completely free of charge for visitors, exhibitors, organizers and all other persons on the exhibition grounds.

Accessibility of the halls
Our entire exhibition grounds are accessible for wheelchair users. Halls 4 to 8 are interconnected and at ground level. The upper halls (Westfalenhalle and Halls 1-3) and higher rooms in the Congress Center can be reached via elevators. In all halls you will find disabled-access sanitary facilities, which are reserved for the exclusive use of visitors with physical disabilities via the Eurokey locking system.
Wheelchair rental
Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the porter at the North Entrance in return for a deposit. (Please note: only a small number available)
Sanitary facilities
The disabled toilets are located in the North Entrance, in the passage from Hall 4 to Hall 7, in the passage to Hall 3, in the Visitors’ Passage and in the West Entrance.
Hearing impaired
Our London, Bruges, Bergen, Novgorod and Newsroom conference rooms are equipped with an inductive hearing system.
Wayfinding system
Our wayfinding system is designed to meet the needs of people with visual and learning disabilities in terms of both contrast and comprehensibility.
Parking facilities
Our disabled parking spaces on the exhibition grounds are kept free by the stewards and are therefore not directly signposted. This ensures that the parking spaces closest to the respective entrance are available to you, depending on the trade fair. Please inform the parking lot attendant of your situation when you arrive. Severely disabled persons who have an additional blue parking permit will be directed to a space near the entrance by the parking attendant. Parking on our exhibition grounds is free of charge for you.
This only applies to parking lots A1-A8. Parking lots C, D and E belong to Dopark GmbH.
By public transportation
The easiest way to reach us is to take the U45 from Dortmund Central Station to the “Westfalenhallen U” stop. From there, you can take the elevators directly to our exhibition grounds.

DOGS ARE WELCOME!
We would like to point out that visitors with dogs must carry a vaccination card or a veterinary certificate confirming a valid rabies vaccination when entering the fair.
Access with dogs is only possible via the North Entrance, where the documents are checked.
Dogs must be proven to have been vaccinated against rabies at least 21 days before the trade fair. Please observe these regulations to ensure smooth admission with your dog.
